Do you offer Payroll Services?
No, we do not offer payroll services, but recommend using Gusto.com (affiliate link) for most business.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that things change. You can cancel your monthly plan at any time. There could be charges for work performed that is beyond the total amount paid. See our terms for more information.
Is Day Tax Group a CPA firm?
No, we are comprised of Enrolled Agents (IRS certification) and bookkeeping experts. You can learn more about the difference between a CPA and EA in our Knowledge Base.
Is your logo a Duck or a Goose?
This was a hard choice, but Charles is a Duck. He's an expert in "De-DUCK-tions." And yes he has a monocle.
If I win the lottery, is it better to take payments or lump sum?
For most people, we advise you to take payments. You'll have about 180 days to claim your winnings, so use that time to hire a tax professional, an attorney, and a financial advisor before you do anything.
